Credit Consent

I  authorize Grace Modern Mortgage to pull my credit report as part of my application for a mortgage loan. I understand that if my credit report is pulled without my Social Security Number, the resulting report may not be complete or accurate, so it is in my best interest to provide my Social Security Number for the purpose of this inquiry of my credit.
